Amsterdam has confirmed that the Police will go ahead with the DPP’s advice.

The Assistant Commissioner explained that Indera Outar will be charged with the execution-style murder of Mohamed. The woman turned herself into Police in the company of an attorney on February 17, after the Police had stated that they needed to question her.

Mohammed was shot dead on February 7, at her lot 149 Sixth Tain Settlement, Corentyne home, after two men kicked down the door as she and two of her children lay asleep.

Outar is believed to be the mastermind, plotting and paying for the execution. It is also believed that she hired and paid Oliver Permaul, a barber, Andre James, a tattoo artist, Rohan Johnson, a Jamaican National, Nazeema Permaul, wife of the barber, and Shabiki Alert Thompson, girlfriend of the tattoo artist, to execute the mother of four.

Those five are already before the court for the capital offence of murder. When the five were being led away from court, one of them told the media that it was the 40-year-old woman who hired them and paid $400,000 for the hit job.
