Teams are probably getting a sniff of the championship game with the quarterfinal round set to separate the pretenders from the contenders.
However before the game of games teams will have to make it past the defining round that can provide some upsets.
With four games scheduled for today, an exciting day of football is expected as teams look to carve their way to the final.
Defending champs, Chase Academy will feature in the third match of the day against North Georgetown; a game that Chase should dominate.
The first quarterfinal of the day will pit South Ruimveldt and Christ Church against each other in a contest that might need the last minute of action to be decided since both teams seem on even keel.
Former champs Lodge Secondary will face last year’s losing finalist Dolphin Secondary in a game that should provide fans with some excitement when the two titans clash.
The last game of the quarterfinal round will see Bishop’s High against Queens College in a rivalry match. Action is set to start from 11:00h.
