It’s now down to the business end of the Milo Under-20 Schools football competition, as the knockout round is set to commence this weekend at the Ministry of Education ground on Carifesta Avenue.

The Round of 16 fixtures have been set and it is win or go home time in the tournament.
On March fifth, Second year Champs Lodge Secondary will have to find their form against North Ruimveldt Secondary in order to advance.
Nevertheless, three top fixtures are scheduled for the same day with Dolphin Secondary taking on Richard Ishmael, Bishop’s High against St Roses and Queen’s College against Tucville Secondary.
Meanwhile on March sixth, defending champs Chase Academy will be in action against Kingston while an in-form Mae’s Secondary will do battle with South Ruimveldt.
Christ Church will also take the field on Sunday against Queenstown while St John’s College will play North Georgetown.
At the end of the Round of 16 56 matches will be completed thus far in the tournament as teams set their sights on the coveted title for Georgetown schools.
The final of the tournament is set for March 20th at the Ministry of Education ground.
