Larceny accused to know fate this week

A break and enter and larceny accused, who appeared before Magistrate Clive Nurse at the Linden Magistrate’s Court last week is set to know his fate this week.

Terrence Lowenfield, 24, of Lot 754 One Mile, Wismar, Linden, is on remand for the offence. It is alleged that the man broke into the house of Nevlyn Benjamin at Lot 30 Plantation Fair’s Rust, MacKenzie, Linden, and stole a Sony cell phone valued $150,000, a Nokia phone valued $180,000, a pair of sunglasses valued $12,000, a blackberry cellular phone valued $65,000, a perfume valued $18,000 and a Pandora charm set valued $150,000.

The incident is alleged to have occurred on Monday, September 28, 2015. The items were the property of Benjamin.

He is scheduled to return to court on March 2.
