The 40-over cricket match in memory of the late Nezam Hafiz, between host Malteenoes Sports Club and a team from the American Cricket Society has been rescheduled to Saturday, weather permitting.
Persistent rainfall on Wednesday resulted in the game being abandoned without a ball being bowled.
Several leading cricketers of the past will be part of the game, which is scheduled to start at 11:00 hours.
Malteenoes Sports Club will be led by former national player, Neil Barry, while former youth captain, Karan Ganesh, will lead the visiting team.
